End‑to‑end product ownership

This product represents an early chapter of my work as a product owner and continues to inform how I approach product strategy, ownership, and human‑centered design today.

Risky Arcade was created drawing on my background in psychology, social work, and education, combining behavioral insight with a passion for building products that strengthen connection and communication. I designed the game to support families, educators, and therapists by encouraging meaningful interaction in a way that feels intuitive and engaging. Through firsthand experience working with children and families, I recognized the challenges many face in developing social skills and navigating peer interactions, and designed the product to serve as a practical, user-friendly tool in both home and learning environments.

As the product owner, I led the product end to end—from concept and design through validation, funding, production, and distribution. This work fundamentally shaped how I think about product development today, reinforcing the importance of understanding user needs, designing with empathy, and delivering solutions that create real‑world impact.
